Hotel Chalet Du Lac Iseltwald, Iseltwald

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a great view with a small balcony, and the staff was incredibly cooperative. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the windows provided beautiful views of the lake and mountains. However, the service experience varied from extremely nice to chaotic moments during check-in. The location was peaceful yet very close to Interlaken, offering an amazing view right on the beautiful Lake Brienz. The dining experience was decent but could be improved, especially with a better coffee selection. Overall, the hotel provided a good value for the experience.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy, offering all the facilities I needed. The view of the Château and the gorgeous lake from the balconies was simply breathtaking. The only downside was feeling a bit overwhelmed with the long wait to order at times, but the staff was very nice and enjoyable to speak with. The location was like a dream, overlooking the lake with mesmerizing views across to the mountains, providing easy access to surrounding resorts and scenery. The dining experience was humble but satisfying, offering a good selection of cereals, meat, and cheese complemented by a cappuccino. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location! It offers a great view and a little balcony, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, the rear entrance above the restaurant can get noisy with smokers and visitors heading to the car park.
